Dreaming Swan has large white to delicately tinged pink flowers, single and semi-double, with violet/purple banding on the reverse. Dreaming Swan is taller than Wild Swan and flowers a bit later than Wild Swan, though still maintains the summer bloom time signature to this series! Dreaming Swan continues it’s longevity to the end of Fall also is great feature of the Anemone Swan Series! Thrives in hummus rich soil and mixed light conditions.

Since the lovely Anemone Wild Swan appeared to be so promising, the breeder , Elizabeth MacGregor of Scotland, has been developing variations and they now include more in Anemone Swan Series . These have more Anemone x hybrida in their breeding than Wild Swan, but have retained the clump forming and early flowering attributes, as well as the attractive color bands on the flower reverse.
